Alyan Pump was founded in 1955, and serves customers in the municipal, commercial, industrial and residential markets in the Philadelphia area and across the mid-Atlantic region. The company will continue to operate under the Alyan brand and will continue to provide its customers with products and services as part of PumpMan Holdings.
Don Devine, president & CEO of PumpMan Holdings, said that the company is delighted to acquire Alyan Pump. He added that it is an important next step in building a national leading specialty packaged pump system and service and repair company focused on the industrial, commercial and municipal water segments.
