Sundyne appoints chief human resources officer

Rodney Vinegar is joining Sundyne on 3 January 2022 as chief human resources officer and vice president of environmental, health & safety.

At Sundyne, Vinegar will focus on the professional development of the global workforce and help to lead the company's global expansion. He will also improve Sundyne’s EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) and ESG (Environmental Social & Corporate Governance) practices, to promote safety, sustainability and environmental responsibility at all of company's facilities around the world.

Vinegar most recently worked at the Brace Industrial Group, where he developed and led a multi-year HR strategy. During his 25-year professional career, Vinegar has been responsible for talent management, professional development, HR strategy, merger integration, workers’ compensation, safety processes & policies, labour relations and HR operations with global companies including UBS Investment Bank, Colgate Palmolive, Sanofi, PepsiCo and Ashland Chemical.

Vinegar will be based out of Arvada, Colorado, USA and report directly to Zappone.
