Fay, who has been succeeded by Mario Martignoni, deputy managing director of PCM, will continue to be involved in the French pump company as a member of the PCM SA board of directors and of the Gevelot board.
He will also continue as president of Profluid, the French association of pumps, mixers, compressors and valves.
