Abel is supplying two HMQ pumps for mine tailing projects in Peru and Macedonia.
One of the HMQ pumps will be used to transport tailings in a mine in Peru at 4600 masl (metres above sea level).
The customer in Macedonia is building a new paste plant on site that will avoid the use of a tailing dam. Abel’s HMQ pump will backfill the paste plant’s underground stopes while the mine keeps advancing at a faster pace.
