The 4 in and 6 in submersible pumps for small and medium wells combine long-lasting and high performance within extreme and arduous environments. The manufacture’s say that the many features of the new range guarantees high performance and long-life giving users a real cost benefit over time.
Features of these pumps include valve casing made from high-precision cast AISI 304 stainless steel, a smooth extended neck aims to eliminate head loss and improve ease of maintenance. An additional check valve is not required providing cost savings for installation.
Further, a robust and reliable pump/motor coupling system is included, and a no-block cable guard provides smooth contours for ease of installation and extraction from the well. This also prevents the accidental detachment of the cable guard during these phases.
The new wear ring sand -out system aims to ensure long life and reliable operation even when the pumped fluid contains large amounts of sand and solids. Caprari’s Defender offers enhanced resistance against corrosion and speeds up component passivation in aggressive environments to protect the pump from the very first moments of installation.
