G2 stainless steel flow meters and G2 stainless steel meters with tri-clover fittings are available in a range of sizes from ½ in – 2 in, with maximum flow rates of 15 GPM (56.8 LPM) to 300 GPM (1,136 LPM). The stainless steel meters can be used for most chemicals including ammonium, plating solutions, and fuel products. The meters with tri-clover fittings are designed to be used by food and beverage industries in preprocess applications.
The G2 high pressure flow meters and G2 aluminum flow meters are also available in a range of sizes, with maximum flow rates of 15 GPM (56.8 LPM) to 300 GPM (1,136 LPM). However, PSIG for the G2 high pressure meter is 3,000 compared to 1,500 for the standard stainless steel flow meter, which Clark Solutions says makes it the turbine meter of choice for all kinds of high pressure applications, such as spray washers and hydraulic systems. The aluminum flow meters are available with ISO or NPT fittings and are best suited for petroleum-based products.
Clark Solutions says the G2 industrial brass flow meters work well with most water applications and are well suited to monitor the flow of glucose, lacquer thinners, and vegetable juices. The G2 PVDF flow meter is ideal for handling aggressive chemicals such as bleach, ferric chloride, phenol, sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid.
The company adds that G2 stainless steel ANSI flange flow meters can be used when you need a meter that installs in-line quickly.
