The three companies are Bakersfield Machine Co Inc (BMC) of Bakersfield, California; RPM Services Inc of Salt Lake City, Utah; and Arizona Pump & Machine Inc (APM) of Tucson, Arizona.
“KETO have an excellent track record of reducing our customers’ cost of business in our core markets of Africa and Australia. We wanted to bring this same ethos to the market across the Americas and couldn’t have found better partners than RPM, BMC and APM,” said KETO Pumps CEO Chris Neil. “The mines as well as chemical and oil & gas plants of the SW states require suppliers who can react quickly. That’s only possible by being local to our customers and these three facilities allow us to offer the best service in the industry.”
Established in 1914, California-based Bakersfield Machine Co expanded into Arizona and Utah in the last 10 years.
Ty Meyer, of Bakersfield Machine Co, said: “We’re excited to become part of the global KETO Pumps family. Their added products and range of impressive pump upgrades will enable us to offer our customers even more value.”
KETO Pumps, a designer, manufacturer and supplier of engineered slurry pumps, solutions, and associated products, was formed in 2012, when Clyde Blowers Capital acquired KETO Pumps Australia, First Africa Pumps and Tri-Invest. The three companies were merged to create KETO Pumps. Pump Technology Services Australia was acquired in 2013.
