The Ama-Drainer N pump range from KSB is designed to automatically drain pits, shafts and cellars and extract water from rivers and reservoirs. Each Ama-Drainer N pump generates a maximum flow rate of 14 m3/hour and a maximum discharge head of 12 m.
The Ama-Drainer N pump is driven by a jacket-cooled, single-phase A C motor rated at 0.43 to 1.05 kW and the range, which comes in three sizes, can handle water with dirt particles up to a particle size of 10 mm.
Pump operation is controlled by a patented magnetic float switch for stationary operation which is designed without a casing passage. It is therefore tight, wear-resistant and protected against overwinding, KSB says. A locking disc can be fitted to the Ama-Drainer N pump to start and stop the pump via an external control system. For mobile use the pumps are supplied with a 10 metre power supply cable.
TheAma-Drainer N pump range from KSB are available in a plastic casing to make them more light-weight. The casing is corrosion-resistant, noise-absorbing, and impact-resistant and is designed with a stable handle.
