The VarioTwin is a feeder unit for conveying highly viscous, non-flowable media into the pump via the feed screw and allows users to pump a wide range of media. To compensate for fluctuations in the media supply the coreless screw conveyer ensures a large buffer volume during media supply.
At the front part of the screw, excess amounts of conveyed material are transported to the back part of the hopper again, compensating the delivery volume in the event of temporarily reduced media supply. This design feature ensures uniform filling at all time during the feed process.
Additional benefits are simple, effective cleaning and the length of the hopper can be varied to cope with a wide range of possible applications.
