He will oversee pump sales and support and work with distributors to maximize customer relationships in the Northwest region, which includes Alaska.
Hipwell brings a varied technical and sales background to Tsurumi’s Salt Lake City office. He has worked in the pump industry for several years and has teaching experience as an instructor at a technical college.
“It’s a job I feel pretty comfortable getting into,” he said. “Every step of my career has led me to this. I look forward to utilizing my technical and teaching experience to help Tsurumi customers solve their unique challenges.”
Chuck Rickman, Tsurumi’s vice president of sales, said Hipwell’s deep knowledge of the industry will help Tsurumi reach its goals.
