Daron most recently served as the executive director for supply chain and logistics at ITT Industrial Process Division. Previously, he held several leadership roles with Sulzer in strategic procurement, order-related engineering, and advance and operational procurement.
“I am thrilled to join Teikoku and honored to be part of an organization closely involved in developing a sustainable future through our sealless canned pump motor solutions,” said Daron. “Our containment control technology, existing manufacturing footprint and leading customer service culture uniquely position us to boost the green transition.”
Conroy has retired after 20 years of executive service at the sealless canned motor pump manufacturer, including the last 11 years as president and general manager.
He joined the company after the acquisition of the Chempump Division of Crane Pumps and Systems in February 2003, serving as the division’s general manager and has led Teikoku USA Inc through the consolidation of the two business units and brands, expansion of US manufacturing and service operations, and significant market growth.
“This succession plan is the result of strategic initiatives implemented by top-level management to further enhance and expand the company’s manufacturing and service capabilities in the Americas,” said Conroy. “I’m confident that Eric’s leadership will enhance Teikoku’s ongoing commitment to provide mission-critical containment control technology that supports environmental, social and governance goals for workers, communities and all customer stakeholders.”
Daron holds degrees in electrical engineering from the Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela, a Master of Engineering degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Management from the University of Houston-Victoria.
