ProMinent will be showing its peristaltic pumps DULCOflex, designed to deliver viscous fluids. These pumps are characterised by their simple functional principle and their compact, robust construction.
This pump is self-priming, without gaskets and valves. The delivered medium comes only in contact with the hose which can be quickly and easily replaced.Because of the large output range and the large number of different hoses, the peristaltic pumps can be implemented for the use of nearly all metering- and transport applications.
Metering systems
In addition to peristaltic pumpsProMinent will also be demonstrating its new metering systems DULCODOS universal, a modular-based metering system. It is preconfigured with pipes, relief valves and electrics and, depending on the customer-specific requirement, is fitted with the optimum pump.
The system is designed for demanding metering tasks, from the conditioning of cooling water to waste water and process water treatment and from chemical production to paper manufacture.
The high capacity of ProMinent’s hydraulic diaphragm metering pump Hydro/ 4 supplements the Hydro/ 2 and Hydro/ 3 types. The Hydro/ 4 is equipped with a PTFE multi-layer metering diaphragm. With material versions from stainless steel, PVDF and Hastelloy C, this pump can be used universally in multiple applications. It covers the capacity range from 130 l/h – 1,680 l/h at 25 bar to 7 bar absolute.
