Wilden pumps for high-pressure applications

The H25 pump uses a simplex-action piston to create approximately a 13:1 pressure ratio of discharge fluid to inlet air supply to generate up to 110.3 bar (1,600 psig). The H38 model uses a double-action piston to create a 26:1 pressure ratio of discharge fluid pressure to inlet air supply to generate up to 220.6 bar (3,200 psig).

These capabilities make the H25 and H38 advanced series metal piston pumps the most cost-effective solution for applications that require discharge pressures greater than the 1:1 pressure ratio that is traditionally inherent in most AODD pumps.

The maximum flow rate for the H25 is 4.1 lpm (1.1 gpm) and the maximum flow rate for the H38 is 7.6 lpm (2 gpm), with a maximum inlet air pressure of 8.6 bar (125 psig). Both the H25 and H38 advanced series metal piston pumps feature wetted housings that are made of aluminum. The H25 has a maximum suction-lift capability of 7.8m dry (25.5’), while the H38’s suction-lift capability is 7.1m dry (23.2’).
