UK-based Rotamec Engineering Solutions has launched it Premier Service to support businesses that rely heavily on motors, gearboxes, pumps and fans.
The company’s service agreement states that work will begin immediately when it receives the client’s instructions and continue 24-hours a day until it is complete.
Rotamec says its round-the-clock maintenance services are performed by qualified and experienced engineers that can handle both electrical and mechanical repairs. This expertise, along with on-site tooling and CNC capabilities and a large stock-holding of transmission components, electric motors and other pieces of equipment are key to achieving fast turnaround times.
Repairs are conducted through three strategically located service centres, allowing the company to offer its Premier Service Level Agreement nationwide. This localised support is also backed by Rotamec’s extensive network of distribution partners across the country. For less urgent repairs, Rotamec also offers a Standard and Superior Service, which offer turnaround on repair inside 72 and 48 hours respectively.
